Haylee O’Hara is a Provisional Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University.  Before becoming a therapist, Haylee spent her time as a childcare provider utilizing her extensive knowledge of child development to provide quality care and engagement to young children and their families.  She has a passion for serving others and is honored to be part of so many people’s stories.

Haylee enjoys working with individuals, couples, and families of all ages but specializes in working with children, adolescents, and their families utilizing Play Therapy interventions and techniques.  She is able to help with a variety of life’s challenges, including trauma experiences, anxiety, depression, grief, childhood experiences, attachment wounds, and other concerns. 

Haylee believes that we all have the answers we search for inside of us, we just need someone willing to listen in order to find them.

Haylee believes that growth happens in discomfort and we all deserve a safe space to learn from our experiences.  She feels that all of our emotional experiences should be felt, and that laughter and tears should be part of every healing journey.  By meeting clients where they are she hopes that clients may learn to love and accept themselves in ways that bring change they may not have experienced before.
